Aquatennial Ambassador Candidate Program

The AAO is pleased to announce the Minnesota communities participating in the 2017 Aquatennial Ambassador Candidate Program! View communities >

This July, 54 candidates will be representing their communities during the Minneapolis Aquatennial festival. They will participate in a candidate program designed to provide personal and professional development opportunities, as well as many once-in-a-lifetime Aquatennial experiences.

Just before the Target Fireworks on Saturday, July 22, three of the candidates will be selected to represent the Minneapolis Aquatennial for one year at appearances throughout North America as Aquatennial Princesses and the Queen of the Lakes.

Candidate names and bios will be released in a few weeks. For more information, including how you can support your community's candidate during the Aquatennial, please visit the Candidate Program webpage >
